How are your prints made?

All photos are printed on Hahnemühle Rag 308 photo paper with archival pigment inks, meeting the highest industry standards regarding density, color gamut, color graduation and image sharpness

What framing options do you offer?

We offer high quality custom framing made by hand here in the USA. All frames are complete with UV-shielding plexiglass, archival acid-free foam core backing, a paperback finish, wall bumpers, and a hanging hardware kit with instructions.

Frames are made with wooden frame moldings in a white finish with a floating print and a 1-1.5” border. We use 99% UV Acrylic for preservation and safety instead of glass.

Do images on my computer accurately display what the print will look like in person?

Colors can look different depending on what monitor or brightness level you have. We do our best to show what the images will look in person however please know that they can vary slightly.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Unframed/Print Only Orders: US orders are shipped and arrive within 1-2 weeks.

Framed Orders: Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for your delivery.

You'll receive an email and tracking number as soon as your artwork is shipped.

Shipping is free within the US. Contact us for shipping info on International orders.

Do you accept returns?

Each print and/or frame is custom made to order, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. We do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely and encourage you to open and inspect your package within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us if you receive an order that has been damaged in transit, as occasional exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.

If your order is returned to our shipping facility due to an incorrect shipping address that was provided for the oder, additional shipping fees will apply.
